Lemon & Garlic Peri-Peri Lamb Chops

These delicious lemon and garlic lamb chops are an easy to prepare dinner recipe made with our flavor-packed Lemon & Garlic Peri Peri Sauce. Serve with your favorite side dishes for an effortless meal.

FOR THE LEMON & GARLIC PERI-PERI LAMB CHOPS:
Lemons

Olive oil
3 tbsp
Garlic cloves, minced

Lemon & Garlic Peri-Peri Sauce
2 tbsp
Fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup
Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp
Lamb rib or loin chops
8 (1 1/4- to 1 1/2-inch-thick)
Salt and pepper
to taste
DIRECTIONS:
FOR THE LEMON & GARLIC PERI-PERI LAMB CHOPS:
- Zest lemons to get 2 teaspoons zest. Cut lemons in half and set aside.
- Combine lemon zest, oil, garlic, Lemon & Garlic Peri-Peri Sauce, parsley, and rosemary in a small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over lamb chops; let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a large skillet to medium-high heat.
- Season chops with salt and pepper. Grill chops until browned outside and medium-rare within, 6 to 8 minutes per side.
- Serve two chops per person, topped with squeezed lemon.
