Completely adjustable to your preferred spice level, this is the easiest way to elevate your ordinary steak dinner with very little effort on your part! A warning, this steak is not for the faint-hearted.

INGREDIENTS:

 

FOR THE GHOST PEPPER STEAK:

Strip Steak, room temperature

1 pound

Olive Oil OR Butter

1 tbsp

Ghost Pepper Salt

to taste

Rosemary, fresh

2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS:

FOR THE GHOST PEPPER SALT STEAK:

  1. Preheat your oven to 280ºF and line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Pat down your steak until dry then season with our Ghost pepper salt .
  3. Place steak on foil and cook in the oven for 35 minutes.
  4. Pour olive oil on your skillet on the stove top over high heat.
  5. Remove steak from oven and immediately place on HOT skillet with fresh rosemary, searing for 3 minutes on each side
  6. Serve sizzling with your choice of side!
