Jalanasco Pasta Salad

A super easy and delicious pasta salad to throw together as the perfect side for any cookout, it pairs perfectly with whatever you are putting on the grill this summer! Obviously, with a little Jalanasco kick, this is a perfect and fresh summer recipe for your next BBQ that all your friends and family will love! Flavourful with the perfect hint of spice.

Fusilli / Rotini Pasta
16 oz
Cherry Tomatoes, whole OR halved
1/2 cup
Baby Spinach, Shredded
1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, cubed small
1 cup
FOR THE JALANASCO DRESSING:
Full fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Buttermilk
1/2 cup
Sour Cream
1/4 cup
Garlic, Minced
1/2 tsp
Lime Juice
1/2 tbsp
Jalanasco Sauce
1 1/2 – 2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
FOR THE JALANASCO PASTA SALAD:
- Combine all ingredients for the Jalanasco dressing (mayonnaise, buttermilk, sourcream, garlic powder, lime juice and of course, the Jalanasco sauce ) into a bowl and mix well until all combined.
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the packaging, drain and rinse in cold water, then add your pasta to a medium bowl with cherry tomatoes (whole OR halved, depending on the size), baby spinach (shredded) and mozzarella cheese (cubed) and mix.
- Add the sauce to your pasta salad and stir well until all pasta is fully coated.
NOTES:
For the Jalanasco Pasta Salad:
- Use a higher quality mayonnaise for a better flavored & creamier dressing
